Assistant Manager (E2)
- Management:2 years full-time MBA/MMS or equivalent with 60% marks in relevant discipline
- Finance:Qualified CA or CMA with membership and Articleship
- HR/Personnel: 2 years full-time MBA/MMS or equivalent with HR specialization with 60% marks
- Law: Full-time Law degree (3 or 5 years) with 60% marks
- Engineering (Civil): Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, 4 years full-time, 60% marks
- Engineering (Electrical): Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, 4 years full-time, 60% marks
- Engineering (Mechanical): Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, 4 years full-time, 60% marks

Salary for SCI Recruitment 2025
Assistant Manager (E2): Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 1,60,000 (starting at minimum pay), Executive (E0): Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 1,20,000 (starting at minimum pay) and Includes basic pay, DA, HRA, allowances, PRP, and superannuation benefits.
