- Graduate Engineering Apprentices: Full-time degree (B.E./B.Tech) in specified branches
- Graduate Non-Engineering Apprentices: Full-time B.Com or BBA degree from a recognized university
- Must have passed in years 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025
- Must be a resident of Rajasthan
- No prior apprenticeship or job experience of one year or more
