- Technician Instrumentation: Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering (Full-time, Regular course approved by UGC/AICTE/AIU)
- Craftsman Machinist: Matriculation + National Trade Certificate (Machinist)
- Craftsman Auto Electrician: Matriculation + National Trade Certificate (Mechanic Auto Electrical & Electronics)
- Only male candidates eligible for all posts
- Must possess Kerala State Domicile certificate for Craftsmen posts
- Preference for candidates who have completed Apprenticeship Training in FACT.
Salary for FACT Recruitment 2025
- Consolidated pay of ₹25,000/- per month for all posts
- 3% annual increment after successful year-end completion
- Additional benefits: Leave, ESI, PF, Shift allowance, TA/DA for duty travels as per Company rules.
