BEL Non-Executive Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria
- For EAT (Engineering Assistant Trainee):
- 3-year Diploma in Engineering (Electronics, Mechanical, Computer Science, or Electrical) from a recognized institute.
- 60% for General/OBC/EWS and 50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
- For Technician-C:
- SSLC + ITI in relevant trade and 1-year apprenticeship with National Apprenticeship Certificate OR
- SSLC + 3 years National Apprenticeship Certificate Course.60% for General/OBC/EWS and 50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
Salary for BEL Non-Executive Recruitment 2025
Engineering Assistant Trainee Pay Scale:₹24,500–₹90,000 (Grade WG-VII), Stipend During Training ₹24,000/month.
Technician-C Pay Scale: ₹21,500–₹82,000 (Grade WG-IV)
