- General/EWS: 40%
- OBC (Delhi): 35%
- SC/ST/PwBD: 30%
- Ex-Servicemen: 5% relaxation in their category, min 30%.
- Two-Tier Exams (for selected posts like Naib Tehsildar, Assistant Accounts Officer, etc.)
- Tier-I: Same as one-tier.
- Tier-II: Subject-related MCQs (150-200 marks) + English Descriptive (Essay, Letter Writing) (50-75 marks).
