Bihar Revenue Maha Abhiyan 2025 is being run by the Bihar government from 16 August 2025 to 20 September 2025. The objective of this campaign is to correct the errors in Jamabandi (Account-Khesra), settle the cases of mutation, inheritance and partition. During this time, the officers of the Revenue Department will come to your door and settle your problem.

What Is Bihar Rajwas (Rajaswa) Maha Aabhiyan 2025

Revenue Maha Abhiyan is a special state-wide initiative under which all problems related to land will be resolved. Its special services are as follows.

• Mutation
• Inheritance Transfer
• Partition/Partition based on inheritance
• Jamabandi error correction (error in name, survey, account, khesra, area etc.)
• Old Jamabandi correction (through Parimarjan Plus system)

Why is this campaign needed?

• Facility near home: The general public does not need to visit the zonal office again and again, the facility of application is available at the Panchayat level itself.
• Fast settlement: Priority settlement of mutation/jamabandi correction cases pending for years.
• Transparency: Complete information and progress report of the campaign will be available on the online portal.

Who can apply?

There is no special selection required to apply in this campaign. All landholders/residents of Bihar, who have errors in land records or pending case of mutation/succession/partition, can participate.

• Mutation after sale or registry (mutation)
• Land transfer after succession
• Partition/partition based on succession
• Jamabandi error correction (name, area, account, khesra etc.)

Important Documents

Keep the following documents ready while applying:

• Identity proof (Aadhaar card/Voter ID card)
• Address proof
• Registry or document of sale/transfer
• Copy of current Jamabandi, Lagaan receipt
• Death certificate (for succession cases)
• Legal heir certificate/Family treeAffidavit (in case required)

How To Apply

1) Get information about the local camp

• The mouza-wise micro plan is available on the Revenue Maha Abhiyan portal. Check the date and location of your area from there.

2) Get the correct form

• The officials will give you the necessary forms/documents in the Panchayat camp. You can also download them from the portal and take them after filling them.

3) Submit the application

• Attach copies of all the necessary documents and hand them over to the revenue team.

4) Verification and entry

• After verification by the officials, the case will be registered in the online system (Parimarjan Plus).

5) Get the corrected records

• After the settlement of the application, you will be given a new jamabandi/certificate.

Important Dates

• Campaign start: 16 August 2025
• End: 20 September 2025

During this period, facilities will be available through camps and door-to-door campaigns at the panchayat level.

Fees

• There is no additional charge for the application.
• Only the same Government statutory fees will be charged as in the normal Mutation/Partition process.
• Avoid any brokers/agents. Always take Government forms and receipts.
