Education Qualification
- School Lecturer (Academic Subjects):
- Post Graduation in relevant subject (recognized by UGC) + B.Ed./Degree/Diploma in Education (recognized by NCTE/Govt.)
- Home Science: PG in Home Science (UGC/ICAR recognized) + B.Ed./Degree/Diploma in Education
- Biology: PG in Zoology/Botany/Microbiology/Biotech/Life/Bio Science + studied Botany & Zoology at Graduation + B.Ed./Degree/Diploma in Education
- Commerce: PG in Commerce with B.Com. OR PG in Commerce with two teaching subjects prescribed for Higher Secondary Commerce + B.Ed./Degree/Diploma
- Drawing: PG in Drawing OR 4/5 year Diploma in Arts
- Music: PG in Music
- Physical Education Lecturer: Graduate + PG in Physical Education/M.P.Ed. (2 years)

RPSC School Lecturer Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
- Written Competitive Exam – Total 450 Marks
- Paper 1: General Awareness (150 marks), Duration: 1.5 hours
- Paper 2: Subject Paper (300 marks), Duration: 3 hours
- All objective-type questions, 1/3 negative marking
- Qualifying Marks: 40% (5% relaxation for SC/ST)
- For Physical Education Lecturer: Extra 40 marks based on sports achievements
- Final Merit = Written Exam marks + (Sports marks for PE lecturers) → Document Verification
Salary
- Pay Matrix Level L-12, Grade Pay ₹4800
- Fixed pay during probation as per Rajasthan Govt. rules
